B A L A N C E
To feel balance radiating throughout your entire being - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually means to be at complete peace with life. Regardless of what comes across your path. You feel a blissful detached balance towards it. And from this solid foundation you are able to choose your reaction carefully. Our reactions express in a variety of possibilities - physical, mental and emotional. Reacting is a natural way to communicate with our surroundings. But you can choose how you react. And you’ll want to, because every reaction creates a ripple effect in the world. Like a pebble stone gently thrown into a lake - waves of energy start from the centre of your (re)action and start rippling outward. Touching and shaping people, situations and your future. Aiming for balance in every aspect of your being creates a wonderful foundation of health - physically and mentally. A balanced being means a peaceful being. Equanimity of the mind is cultivated through a regular meditation practice, through yoga asanas and through mindfully walking the path of life with an open heart.

With your True Self - who you are deep down inside your heart space. To recognise and connect with that Higher Self and with that live in harmony with life. Connection with the body - the temple of your soul. A deep connection with your body will naturally result in loving and taking care of yourself and your needs. A lifestyle that is nurturing and nourishing keeps your body agile, fluid, soft and strong at the same time. It’s the only home you really have. Make it a beautiful one. Eat good food. Move. Connect your body and your mind and tune your awareness to hear what your body can tell you. It holds a wealth of wisdom if dare to you listen. This awareness brings healing. Intuition that activates your body’s self-healing magic. But connection goes beyond the Self for it includes connection with others. To cultivate your awareness that we are all one. Being able to recognise yourself in others. And with that create peace. Non-violence. And genuine uplifting connection based on compassion and love. It’s the only way the whole of humanity can live together in harmony. The foundation starts with you. As you cultivate love, compassion and connection with yourself you create a ripple effect out into world by just being your true authentic loving Self.
P R E S E N C E
Living in the moment gets you out of your head. To escape the monkey mind. With every conscious breath you connect with the here and now. With every tiny thing your eyes see, your skin feels, your hands touch you become more present. All worries, problems, sorrows melt away into a distant almost invisible bubble of illusion. Being present with every moment cultivates awareness of the wonderful reality that is the now. The only reality there is. The now. You with your breath. As you become aware of the present moment you open up a gateway to creativity and infinite possibilities to manifest. To create a life of abundance requires presence. The seeds of life are planted in each present moment.
P U R P O S E
The purpose is all the above. Purpose isn’t necessarily a specific profession, job, place to live, achievement, certificate or calling. It’s to just be. To live. To live every day to its fullest beautiful potential. To wake up every day feeling ecstatic joy to be alive and to breathe. To connect with the body, the breath, the mind and our True Self is what brings the awareness of our purpose. Of that purpose to be in each and every moment. Yoga and meditation help to cultivate this sense of purpose that isn’t attached to any conventional meaning of purpose. It cultivates the sense of purpose that lies within each breath.
